Brilliant.... just brilliant....

they were streets ahead of the other teams....
11 seconds seperated them, and that was the gap vettel established when mark was battling button for second mid-way through the race...
after mark got past him, the gap remained the same

red bull really have turned it around!

Webber said on thursday that red bull had decent upgrades for barcelona in 3 weeks..... and then the double diffuser may be ready for monaco in 5 weeks or so....
if so. and it is much quicker as they predict....
red bull could get more than 1 win this year!

Awesome result for the bulls and torro (Buemi) weren't too shabby either. If Red Bull can get the package to hold true and keep pace they could acheivably get constructors position 3 or 4.

McClaren look to be advancing strongly too. They will come into their element once we get back to Europe. I pick they will finish the season strongly.

i dunno about the mclarens....
lewis was ok on low fuel, and in the wet (a big equaliser)... but honestly, with fuel and in traffic it didnt seem great.

massa showed well b4 his mechanical retirement.

but the red bull was quickest in Q2 in the dry, when everyone runs light. so ultimately it was the fastest car of the weekend in dry and wet conditions. i dunno about bahrain, thats a very different circuit.
but in a few weeks with some upgrades, they may feature strongly again.
