Tpday was the day for F1....
with arguments over the cap on teams budget flaring over the last few weeks..... and ferrari claiming they would leave...

The teams had to sign today, and confirm they would be in it next year...

The rumours are that a 85 million cap has been agreed upon and all teams but toyota have signed... meaning toyota will leave after this year....
All will be confirmed in june 12 when the FIA releases its entrants.
This also means any new teams have to have signed aswell, USF1 will enter either this year or next, and a few private teams showed interest over the past few weeks.

Lola, as in a re-launch of the old brand?

Prodive.... Craig Lowndes anyone?

If I was Toyota I would want to enter the new series, when all teams are basically going to have to start again. It will give them a fresh start, and we know when it comes to doing something cheap and efficiently, toyota are close to number 1 in the world.

seems FOTA (all teams except williams, force india and brawn) arent happy.... and Ferrari are planning a breakaway series

OK........ F1 still isnt safe yet

The current 10 teams are on the list, BUT
Ferrari, Renault and Toyota are not 100% confirmed, they are in talks and will confirm in less than 2 weeks.
Red Bull, Toro Rosso and BMW are listed as TBA, meaning they arent confident.
3 new teams on the list, Campos Racing (spanish team), Manor Racing and USF1....

If all these teams line up next year we'll have 26 teams and Force India probably wont be last...

I can't stand Ferrari, they only want the rules changed if it suits them.
