Considering they've had seasons from Hilfenhaus and Miller of over 60 wickets each during Shield final years, and both season being ones they've racked up 6-7 regular season wins including a title, it's a big call...

But there's a fair few Aus, Aus A and underage national reps in there, and only Ponting is a certainty to miss the domestic season, with the jury still to decide on Hilf...if Tasmania bat well this season, f###ing look out... :correct:

What's the call on Cowan, LK...have you disowned him already...?

Has that story only just reached Tassie?

Cowan's had many chances but I hope he comes good. He's obviously headed to Tassie because he wants to play for Australia next Summer :)

The 2 bowlers are better bowlers then Hilfenhaus or Geeves so they are great pick ups.

Gibbke mate Maher & Drew come from the same club in Sydney.

Both country boys but Maher is a big bloke who is sharp enough(pretty sharp for Sydney grade level which is about the standard of the Tasmanian Squad).

He's a good pickup though gets a fair bit of bounce and carry could possibly start the season in the main side...

That's it - I'm going to be f###ing unbearable this summer...even more so...

And if the Tasmanian squad is the standard of the Sydney grade comp, I'd hate to think how many primary schools could have smashed NSW over the past few years...I know we keep roughing them up on a regular basis... :correct:
