yeah Toms I didn't have much of a problem with as such as he'd served a pretty solid apprecticeship, but Leonard went missing for a long time after he won if I remember rightly, and Glover has finished no higher than 20th at a Major outside his US Open win. Obviously any player who wins a major deserves to win, they don't get handed to you and it takes 4 great rounds to win one but I'd prefer to see Australia consistently miss out to guys who go on to win either more majors or shitloads more decent tournaments. The Aussies themselves obviously have to learn to win though, no doubt about that. |
