Can our spluttering national team defeat a decimated England?
I believe Scotland may save us from a nudey run. England, Ireland and Wales may play hide the salami with us

England: 15 Ugo Monye, 14 Mark Cueto, 13 Dan Hipkiss, 12 Shane Geraghty, 11 Matt Banahan, 10 Jonny Wilkinson, 9 Danny Care, 8 Jordan Crane, 7 Lewis Moody, 6 Tom Croft, 5 Steve Borthwick [c], 4 Louis Deacon, 3 Dave Wilson, 2 Steve Thompson, 1 Tim Payne.
Replacements: 16 Dylan Hartley, 17 Duncan Bell, 18 Courtney Lawes, 19 James Haskell, 20 Paul Hodgson, 21 Andy Goode, 22 Ayoola Erinle

Ageing Steve Thompson back in the starting XV. Not a bad team actually...

Will be another nightmare for JOC if he starts at fullback because Wilko & Geraghty will be targetting him all day with aerial bombs.

The Poms will target whoever is 15 with aerials............they've got nothing else...........oh, expect a field-goal-a-thon from Wilkinson.

They won't have him playing at 15.
The word is that Ioane will move to 13 allowing AAC to go back to where he should be.
They may start with Cooper at Inside or 5/8. If not then JOC will play outside Giteau.
I am waiting for the confirmation text from England.

AAC is a shite fullback
He loves the up and under that goes 5 m in front of him putting the entire team offside and the opposition firmly on the front foot

He has been told that his leg will be cut off if he continues with this folly.

Geez, that Banahan dude on the wing is one huge dude. Some Pommies are saying he's a second-rower with speed.

Wobblies better have someone good defensively to mark him.

Anyway...

Australia: 15 Adam Ashley-Cooper, 14 Peter Hynes, 13 Digby Ioane, 12 Quade Cooper, 11 Drew Mitchell, 10 Matt Giteau, 9 Will Genia, 8 Wycliff Palu, 7 George Smith, 6 Rocky Elsom, (captain), 5 Mark Chisholm, 4 James Horwill, 3 Ben Alexander, 2 Stephen Moore, 1 Benn Robinson.
Replacements: 16 Tatafu Polota Nau, 17 Matt Dunning, 18 Dean Mumm, 19 David Pocock, 20 Luke Burgess, 21 Ryan Cross, 22 James O'Connor.

Ioane gets to start at 13 with Reds mate Cooper at 12. AAC moves back to 15.

Smith is also back.

TPN will sort that pommy c'unt out. Squeaky Moore will get benched early. he's ineffective

Would prefer Ioane on the wing, AAC at 13, JOC at 12 and Mitchell at 15

But, excited to see Cooper get a chance
