Flush Posts: 9,837 Group: Full Member Member #368 Joined: 28 June 2006	Anyone here interesting in setting up a 'Supercoach' league for 2010..I'm assuming that the Telegraph/Courier will be running one on similar lines to last year we need 16 dedicated players who have the time to do their selections and set their team each week....If you haven't been involved before. you are given a $5Ml salary cap to purchase a squad of players ...so many in each position...you have X amount of trades in the season where you can get rid of injured, suspended or non performing players. Players score points for tackles, Try's , Goals, Kicks in Play , 40/20s etc and lose points for missed tackles, drop passes etc Its fun and with a little me more time and skill required than the tipping comps which are getting mundane ... I'm more than happy to run it.

See last year a lot of us did the Daily Tele one cause the Daily gave prizes only to NSW and the Courier Mail only to QLD so it made it difficult for a lot of us to play together.

I like Nicko's idea.... the ability to bag other players is what its about... I was in a comp last year with no one I knew and it was really really flat
